With nearly two decades of dedicated experience in the Multifamily industry, starting with property management and including a robust 10-year background in construction and renovation, Brian stands as a seasoned expert in the client/tenant needs and expectations of the industry. This extensive experience provides him with a unique perspective on property transformation from the ground up. 

Throughout his career, Brian has successfully led numerous projects, from large-scale renovations to the strategic overhaul of residential complexes, always with an eye on enhancing community value and resident satisfaction. His commitment to excellence, combined with a deep understanding of market dynamics and a forward-thinking approach, has positioned him as a thought leader in the industry.

Residing in Austin, Texas with his wife, Brian is passionate about leveraging his expertise to bring innovative solutions and sustainable practices to the forefront of Central Texas and surrounding markets, ensuring that every project he touches is not only successful but also beneficial for the communities it serves.

Josh Randall, Co/Owner, Operation

Josh Randall has over 30 years of experience within the construction industry. He started out as a superintendent and has held several management positions, including director of preconstruction and director of construction, for various construction firms in central Texas. Josh has successfully managed projects and teams, including full restorations, change of use, tenant improvements, and ground-up builds. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University. A lifelong learner dedicated to the construction industry, he lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife, where they enjoy the peace and quiet of Lake Travis.
